Resep Kare Ayam 🐓

Kali ini saya akan berbagi resep Kare Ayam, untuk menu sehari hari di rumah.

Bahan: 
1/2 kg ayam, dipotong menjadi 8 bag.  atau sesuai selera

Bumbu halus :
6 siung bwng merah
4 siung bwng putih
1 ruas jari kunyit
1/2 sdt ketumbar
6 buah kemiri

Bumbu lain:
3 lbr daun salam
3 lbr daun jeruk
2 ruas jari lengkuas
1 btg sere
750 ml santan dr 1/2 butir kelapa
Gula (merah)  secukupnya
1 sdt garam
Air jeruk nipis
Minyak goreng
Kaldu ayam bubuk

Langkah-langkah:

1. Ayam yang telah dilumuri air jeruk nipis digoreng setengah matang.
2. Panaskan 1 sdk mkn minyak goreng, tumis bumbu halus. Masukan daun salam, daun jeruk, sere,  dan lengkuas. Setelah harum masukan ayam. Aduk hingga merata. 
3. Masukan santan, garam,  gula, dan kaldu bubuk. 
4. Setelah mendidih dan matang, angkat dari perapian. 
5. Kare ayam siap disajikan. Bisa juga ditaburi bawang goreng secukupnya.

Pandawa Beach (Secret Beach), Bali Indonesia

Pandawa Beach is one of the tourist areas in the south area of ​​Kuta, Badung regency, Bali. 

Pandawa Beach, locally referred to as ‘Pantai Pandawa’, is a great addition to Bali’s collection of gorgeous beaches.

Besides its impressive natural sea panorama of white sand, blue sky and blue sea, Pandawa Beach is also best known for its impressive terrain and manmade limestone features that serve as a one-of-a-kind welcome into this coastal area.
Located behind the hills and is often referred to as Secret Beach. In the vicinity of this beach there are two very large cliff on one side of the statue was carved five Pandawa and Kunti. The statue sixth sequentially (from the highest position) named Kunti, Dharma Wangsa, Bima, Arjuna, Nakula and Sadewa.

In addition to tourist destination and water sports, the beach is also used for the cultivation of seaweed because of the contour of a gently sloping beach and the waves are not up to the shoreline. Quite a lot of travelers who do paragliding from Timbis hill to Pandawa Beach.

Tanah Lot Bali, Indonesia

TOURIST 

Tanah Lot is a very beautiful tourist spots in Bali. Located on a beach in Badesan village of Tabanan regency.

Tanah Lot is a rock formation off the Indonesian island of Bali. It is home to the pilgrimage temple Pura Tanah Lot (literally "Tanah Lot temple"), a popular tourist and cultural icon for photography.

On the north there is the temple of Tanah Lot, and Karang Bolong temple above a cliff that connects the temple and the mainland.
The area leading to Tanah Lot is highly commercialized and people are required to pay to enter the area. 
To reach the temple, visitors must walk through a set of Balinese market-format souvenir shops which cover each side of the path down to the sea. On the mainland clifftops, restaurants have also been provided for tourists.

LEGEND OF TANAH LOT 

Tanah Lot means "Land [sic: in the] Sea" in the Balinese language.  Located in Tabanan, about 20 kilometres (12 mil) from Denpasar, the temple sits on a large offshore rock which has been shaped continuously over the years by the ocean tide.

Tanah Lot is claimed to be the work of the 16th-century Dang Hyang Nirartha. During his travels along the south coast he saw the rock-island's beautiful setting and rested there. Some fishermen saw him, and bought him gifts. Nirartha then spent the night on the little island. Later he spoke to the fishermen and told them to build a shrine on the rock, for he felt it to be a holy place to worship the Balinese sea gods.  The main deity of the temple is Dewa Baruna or Bhatara Segara, who is the sea god or sea power and these days, Nirartha is also worshipped here.

The Tanah Lot temple was built and has been a part of Balinese mythology for centuries. The temple is one of seven sea temples around the Balinese coast. Each of the sea temples was established within eyesight of the next to form a chain along the south-western coast. In addition to Balinese mythology, the temple was significantly influenced by Hinduism.

At the base of the rocky island, venomous sea snakes are believed to guard the temple from evil spirits and intruders. The temple is purportedly protected by a giant snake, which was created from Nirartha's selendang (a type of sash) when he established the island.

Merawat bunga mawar

• Kali ini saya akan berbagi pengalaman cara merawat tanaman bunga mawar. 

Ketika saya baru membeli bunga mawar, bunganya selalu indah dan warnanya sangat menarik. Tetapi pada bunga selanjutnya, ternyata mengecewakan. Susunan kelopak dan warnanya tidak sama dengan bunga pertama ketika kita membeli. Untuk mendapatkan bunga yang bagus, ada beberapa cara merawat tanaman.

Tips merawat bunga mawar. 

Seminggu sekali disemprot obat untuk bunga(contoh Gandazil B). 

Selain itu tanahnya juga bisa diberi pupuk(contoh NPK) untuk tanaman dua minggu sekali. 

Usahakan setelah hujan, tanaman disiram kembali dengan air biasa, karena air hujan mengandung Asam.

Setelah berbunga dan layu, tangkainya bisa dipotong. Supaya tanaman bisa tumbuh cabang. 


Bila ditanam di pot, besarnya pot dan media disesuaikan dengan besarnya tanaman. Setelah tanaman agak besar supaya dipindah di pot yang lebih besar atau di tanah.
